Timetable

January - Yoga & mindfulness with Martina

This workshop will be focused on love, peace and kindness.

Our aim is to introduce the little ones to a few helpful techniques and movement they can reach for when they want to relax, focus or feel joy.

From February - Yoga, mindfulness & sound with Martina and Barbora

Children will experience a magical meditative journey with sound, designed to cultivate feelings of relaxation and explore mindful ways to stretch, move, breathe and relate to the world around them.

The timetable might change as the sessions will be a bit longer.

Tutors

Martina (will run sessions in December and January)

I am a yoga and mindfulness teacher, meditation teacher, life coach, NLP practitioner and QTT practitioner. I am also trained in SNA teacher training.

My passion is teaching kids yoga poses, mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, breathing practices for self-soothing, affirmations, showing loving kindness and seeing the beautiful light in each other.
I teach in preschools, schools and run my own kids' wellbeing camps.
I am the owner of Knockroe Wellness.

Barbora (will join the sessions from February 2023)

I have been working with kids for over 20 years, organizing and facilitating workshops with art, music and drama in various settings. I have training in the High Scope early learning curriculum, music and sound healing (as a practitioner) and hold an MA in Visual arts practices.

I am the owner of Sonic Journey - an experiment in sound, mindfulness and becoming where together with my partner Andrew we organize sound baths and collaborate with other artists and tutors on transformational experiences and events.

Parents will have a waiting room with tea and coffee available while their kids are in the session.
I understand the cost is €10 per child payable in cash at the event. *
